For homes heated with Xcel Energy in Minnesota, there is an attic air sealing/insulation rebate and wall insulation rebate for existing homes. The current rebates are 40% of the cost of the work with a limit of $600 for attic air sealing, $1200 attic insulation, and $1200 of wall insulation.
